Application Requirements
- Every Occupant 18 years and over shall completely fill out a separate online application
- All Applicants must completely fill out an application
- All Applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee
- All Applicants must provide a photo ID. Acceptable forms include: Driver’s License, Non-Driver ID, Passport, or other government issued ID
- Provide proof of all income
Screening Criteria*
- Income must exceed 3x the monthly rent
- Must not have derogatory items on credit report. Examples of derogatory items include: landlord debt, evictions, utility debt.
- Must recieve a positive reference from current/former Landlords and Employers.
- Must not have a criminal history including: Felonies, sexual assaults, and multiple misdemeanors.
- Must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
