Paying Rent

In order to best serve you, our tenants, we provide many convenient ways to pay your rent. Please feel free to choose the method that best suits you.

Online
The easiest and fastest way to pay your rent is to pay through your online tenant account. You can pay by inputting your bank account information or you can use a credit or debt card, right from the comfort of your home.  It’s easy and it’s absolutely FREE to pay with your bank account.

Drop-box
You can visit us at our Office in Concord anytime of the day and use our rent drop box, affixed to the side of the building, for all your payments. Checks or money orders only (no cash please).

Cash Pay

If you’re a believer that Cash is King and that’s your preferred way to pay, we have an option for you!  You have the ability to pay at numerous convenient locations including Walmart, Kmart, and others.  Contact us to find out how you can get started paying with Cash.

 

Submitting Maintenance Request

At Pierce Management Group, we do our best to ensure your apartment is well maintained and provides a great home for your family.  When things break or become damaged it is our goal to fix them as soon as possible to get things back to normal.  If you would like to report a maintenance issue, please sign into your Online Tenant Account where you can submit maintenance requests complete with pictures and information about the problem.  Submitting a complete request will ensure we can get the right maintenance professional out to you as soon as possible.

Lease Renewal

When it comes time to renew your lease, make sure you let us know as early as possible whether you plan to renew your lease or move-out so that we can be sure to reserve the unit for you another year.  We will send out renewal letters by email 60-90 days prior to your lease expiration.  Please follow the instructions in the renewal letter and respond by the date in the letter.  If you have any questions about the renewal letter, just let us know!
